Stage 1

80 MW80 MW cumulative

Initial development. Connection pathway, substation envelope, water access and fibre route assembled around an 80 MW base build. Energisation target to be confirmed.

Stage 2

+120 MW200 MW cumulative

Expansion build on the same controlled parcel. Separate transmission connection upgrade and substation extension scoped against the Stage 1 envelope.

Stage 3

+200 MW400 MW cumulative

Full master plan capacity. Phasing aligned with hyperscaler offtake structure and AEMO connection process milestones.

Location
South East Queensland. More precise location withheld pending landowner permission.
Scale
400 MW master plan. Staged 80 / 200 / 400 across three contiguous developments. Stage 1 is the live build.
Status
Power, water, fibre and land confirmed for Stage 1. Stage 2 and Stage 3 envelopes diligenced against the same parcel.
Power
Engagement with Powerlink and Energex. Two connection pathways under formal assessment. Equipment lead time strategy in place for the Stage 1 envelope and the staged augmentation.
Water
Established potable and process water access via prior permitted use. Capacity assessed against full master plan cooling envelope.
Fibre
7 km route to QCN Fibre under MOFN model. Second diverse path via existing Energex pole mounted fibre. Subsea adjacency references remain subject to final technical confirmation.
Land
25 hectares secured with landowner partner. Expansion area assembled for Stage 2 and Stage 3.
Timeline
Stage 1 energisation target to be confirmed. Stages 2 and 3 phased against connection upgrade and tenant offtake.
Construction
Alliance language pending written permission before any construction firm is named.
