About the information published on this Site

continode.com is a corporate information platform. Its purpose is to make Continode’s capability, methodology, projects and pipeline visible to counterparties who need to diligence Continode prior to entering a commercial discussion. Counterparties include hyperscale tenants, capital partners, government stakeholders, landowners and strategic suppliers.

The Site does not constitute an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, an invitation to invest, financial product advice, investment advice, taxation advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to enter any transaction. Capacity figures, lead times, costs, timelines and connection pathways published on the Site are indicative and are based on publicly available information and Continode’s own working assumptions. Where the Site references the activity, scale or stage of a project, it does so at the level of disclosure that has been authorised by all relevant counterparties. Continode does not name landowners, capital partners, tenants, operators or government counterparties on the Site without their written consent.
