400 MW master plan

South East Queensland

Staged 80 / 200 / 400 MW across three contiguous developments on a single controlled parcel.

Status
Stage 1 assembled. Power, water, fibre and land in place. Stage 2 and Stage 3 envelopes diligenced against the same parcel.
Power
Powerlink and Energex engagement underway. Two connection pathways under formal assessment.
Water
Established potable and process water access. Capacity confirmed against the full master plan cooling envelope.
Fibre
7 km route to QCN Fibre under MOFN. Diverse second path via Energex pole-mounted fibre. Subsea adjacency in scope.
Land
25 hectares controlled. Expansion area assembled for Stages 2 and 3.
